Returns & Exchanges

For all Frulu.com purchases, we will exchange or return your item(s) within 14 days of your purchase date (minus any shipping fees). IF after 14 days a restocking fee of $20 will be applied.

To be eligible items must be in the original condition you received them along with a receipt.

Frulu is not responsible for shipping fees or lost returns. Please use your own traceable and insured shipping method and send to:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Provided the return meets our policy criteria, your refund will be processed.

Frulu is committed to providing quality products.  If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at kerrybergeman@gmail.com. Frulu is happy to replace items if they are defective or damaged. You may exchange your purchase for the same item.  All exchanges must be made within 30 days of original purchase.
